Hello!
My name is Arianny Avila, and I’m 13 years old. I attend All Saints Catholic School and am first-generation Dominican-American. I have two younger sisters, Abigail and Adriana, and together, we share a love for animals. I got my first dog in third grade, and ever since, my bond with her has inspired me to work on animal rescue and advocacy. My family and I adopted her from a shelter in Long Island, New York, and she’s brought so much joy into our lives.
My Story
I created this website after visiting the Dominican Republic, where I saw many stray, injured, or sick dogs on every street corner. Seeing their suffering filled me with empathy and compassion, and I knew I wanted to help. I love my dog and believe every dog deserves a loving and caring home just like hers. In addition to my passion for animals, I enjoy playing softball, basketball, and running track. I also love spending time with my sisters! My dream is to help as many dogs as I can, providing them with care and shelter. Will you join me in this mission to help them?
